Your everyday, done a little better
Maple House started with a simple frustration: the places near home were either quick or good, never both. So we made one that's both — a beautiful room, real cooking from scratch, and a breakfast and lunch worth showing up for on an ordinary Tuesday. Not a special occasion. Just somewhere good, every day.
Made, not assembled
Everything is cooked to order from real ingredients — we won't send out a plate we wouldn't eat ourselves. The classics you know, made a little better than you'd expect.
Morning to midday
Two menus, one kitchen. Eggs, waffles, and benedicts in the morning; proper sandwiches, salads, and bowls by midday — with coffee worth ordering at any hour. Come for one, come back for the other.
A room you'll actually use
Warm light, good materials, nothing shouting for attention. We built a space that feels like somewhere — then made it the kind of place you come back to without thinking about it.
